How to fast for healthy living.
Most of our energy is used for digestion than any other activity. Providing rest through fast for those digestive organs is very essential for our healthy living. Wan to know about fasting. Then this article is for you. I tried to give as much as information’s I can. Hope it will be useful.
What is fasting.
Generally skipping solid foods and liquid expect water for a period of time. There are different periods of fasting; one day fasting to 2-3 months fasting. There are different type of fasting; water-only fasting, juice fasting, one meal fast and so on, according to religion.
Why should we Fast.
The underlying principle of fasting is to cleansing the accumulated toxins in the digestive system. During fasting the digestive organs get rest and all body mechanism are cleansed and corrected. Body is your friend and it needs best for you and fasting provides a chance to do its work.
The process that takes in body while we fast
Glucose is the primary fuel source for body and brain functioning. When we fast for one day by consuming only water, then the needed glucose is not supplied to the body. Now body uses the glucose stored in the liver as fuel for its functioning. After exhaustion of glucose in the liver, our body will use glucose stored in the muscle and finally from the fat stored in our body. This is the process that takes while we fast. While fasting, at some point we have an intense urge for food. Its nothing but body indicates us that the last source of energy that is fat is running extremely low. Keep in mind the fast should be broken long before this point. If fast is not broken then body uses protein for fuel and starvation occurs. Even death can occur if the fast is pursued to the point of complete starvation.
How do we fast.
Consult your doctor before starting fast. Fast once in a week or in one month according to your work environment. Eat fruit salads, drink juices and more water. Start your fast in the evening and finish it in next day evening. Do not do hard work. Reduce your routine work. At the beginning there may be some discomforts like headache, Dizziness and tiredness. At that time take rest and be calm.

It eliminates the toxins accumulated by eating junk foods, stress and many more factors.

market view
Today, raise in inflation did not affect market uptrend! I think, as govt as said by june inflation would come down to 5%, investors are still bullish.
